XDP Diffusion is a secure web portal that can connect to all existing modalities, PACS and storage servers, without any preinstallation, to disseminate and share in real time the patient exam (medical report and DICOM images) with the patient, the correspondent or a colleague, on any working station (including nomadic tools like iPad and iPhone).

Specifically, the radiologist sends a notification by email that includes a link to the patient file. The authorized users can thus directly connect via intranet (internal dissemination to a colleague) or via internet (dissemination to the patient and the correspondent).

CD is able to burn the images reviewed in DICOM format on digital media (CD / DVD), to send it to the relevant doctor or to your patient. The images burned on the DVD are also stored such as to be available again later.

Specifically XDP CD receives and transmits a series of medical images to a burner (Epson, Rimage ...), by associating a viewer, image processing software.

The XDP CD main strengths are:

• A lightweight but comprehensive viewer, quickly displayed for easy access to images
• A highly intuitive user interface allowing to monitor the pipeline of images sent to the burning process.
• A viewer that offers many features to the CD drive as for example the ability to browse within the series, to select the display mode or to make a complete reading of the images and, why not, to perform an additional diagnosis.
• Ability to connect up to ten robots etching to the server.

XDP email is also able to transfer the patient examination by secure email.
